Uptown is forming a team of consultants such as Cerius Projects, Deerns, ZZDP architects and HEYLIGERS architects and is making a plan for sustainability, redevelopment and enlargement of the building. After the selection of Installer ULC and contractor IJbouw, the building was equipped with an atrium, new elevators and entrances.
Sale
In collaboration with Nadorp brokers and Six Advocaten, the building has been successfully sold to the Dutch State (Central Government Real Estate Agency)
